Q: How does your apparel fit?
A: My designs are for the serious athlete who is in fairly elite shape and there for might run a bit on the smaller or fitted size. If you are enjoying some off season comfort weight I would suggest to go a size up. If normally a medium, I'd suggest a large in my apparel.
Q: How can I return something if it's not the right fit, or not the one I thought I wanted?
A: No problem as long as it is still new and never worn, has the tags and bag, and you can provide proof of purchase through my online store. Just email that over to me and I will get you a RA: Return Authorization Number. Ship it back to me for credit, exchange or a refund.
Q: How can I exchange something if it has a manufacturing defect?
A: Well hopefully I would catch anything before it left my studio:) But in the rare case there is a issue with my QC work, of course I want you to quickly get a replacement or something of equal value if I'm all out of that item. Simple email me a picture of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will ok it and send you a RA# with a shipping label. Once I receive it, I will immediately send you a perfect one on me.
